What kind of lamps do you need?
If you can see the label on the lamp, write down the information!
*Lamp Size Typically, the tanning lamp will say F71, F72, F73, F79, or F59 . F71 and F73 are the most common sizes of tanning lamps.
*Wattage The most common are 100watt and 160watt.
*Brand Examples are Royal Sun, SonnenBraune, SunQuest , SunVision, Suntana, Alisun, Montego Bay, etc. Please note: "Wolff" is NOT a brand.
*Facial lamps (Facial lamps have a purple filter plate that is over your facial area. Facial lamps use a different kind of lamp.) If so, how many?
*Tanning lamps ends
Bi-Pin - Your tanning lamps have two metal pins on the end (similar to 4 foot fluorescent lamps and the picture below), then you have F71 lamps.

RDC - If your tanning bed does NOT have metal pins, but instead has a plastic cap on the ends of the lamps (shown below), then you have either F73 or F72 lamps. You should be able to see this on the lamps.

As a rule: The lower the UVB, the deeper (darker) you end up in the long run.
